Matan Naftali – Director, CEO and a Founder

Matan is serving as Maradin CEO from the end of 2007.
Matan works for several years in the MEMS business, including a vast experience from the working floor of MEMS manufacturing business at SCD, Israel.
His experience in modeling & design of MEMS along with MEMS fabrication methods covers years of research, development and manufacturing engineering work at the cutting edge of this technology. Matan holds a few patents & publications in the MEMS area.
Matan received his B.Sc. & M.Sc. in mechanical engineering and a MBA, from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.

Adi Baram – VP Engineering and a Founder

Adi is serving as VP Engineering from 2007.
Adi established and lead the Israeli MEMS Process Center at SCD for more than 5 years, leading it to well established technological breakthroughs in the MEMS field.
His vest experience in development and manufacturing of MEMS devices includes well established knowledge in process, manufacturing, assembly and package operation.
Adi received his B.Sc. in Nuclear engineering from Ben-Gurion University.

Itamar Berchman – VP Marketing and Sales

Itamar is serving as Maradin VP for Sales and Marketing from January 2010. In this position Itamar is responsible for finding and acquiring Maradin’s initial customers.
Prior to working at Maradin, Itamar worked for eight years at eglue, a leading software provider for call center enhancements that was acquired by Nice Systems, where he held several managerial positions such as VP for Strategic Accounts & Strategic Partners and VP for Business Development.
Prior to that Itamar served for eight years in elite Israeli Air-force unit ranked as a major.
Itamar has B.A. in Business Administration (with merit) from IDC and MBA from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.

Hagar Alexandroni-Shein – CFO

Hagar has a long experience in corporate financial management. Hagar served as a VP finance at Aprion Digital Ltd. Before Aprion Hagar held a position of managing the financial department of all Scitex corporation Divisions and also held various positions in the finance department at Scitex Corp. Preceding that she worked at Bank Hapoalim.
Hagar holds BA in Economics, BA in Political Science and MBA, specializing in financing, from Tel Aviv university.
